During the process of metastasis, cancer cells transmigrate through endothelial barrier vascular walls. Cancer interact with cells, leading to changes their mechanical properties. While this interaction has been extensively studied from perspective (CCs), properties endothelium remain underexplored, even though they may play a crucial role in regulating process. In study, we used microrheology AFM-based approach demonstrate that (ECs) are altered when cultured either CC-conditioned medium or direct contact cells.
