Abstract NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 alpha subcomplex, 4‐like 2 (NDUFA4L2) protein is located in the mitochondria and can regulate cell proliferation. Some studies have shown that high NDUFA4L2 expression linked with poor prognosis cancer progression various patients cancers. However, correlation between pan‐cancer unknown. In this study, we used databases investigated variation of many cancers detail to determine its diagnostic prognostic values. We also validated oncogenic capability colon by experiments or tissue microarray. most cancers, levels are upregulated, a level associated OS. addition, results showed 10 proteins 30 genes were correlated . An additional analysis demonstrated these exhibited either negative positive correlations specific pathways. Moreover, discovered was related tumor stemness, MSI, TMB, immune infiltration ROS production. Our show affects development mitochondrial function lines. Finally, identified sensitive anticancer drugs. study suggest could serve as therapeutic biomarker for cancer, including cancer.
