Background: The United States has made significant progress toward achieving the goals of its Ending HIV Epidemic initiative. However, systematic reviews on implementation research have identified problems regarding strategy specification that limit research's transparency and replicability, in turn improvements care real-world practice. Methods: strategies timeline, activities, resources (STAResources) Table, developed as part substance abuse treatment to Care II Project, was completed for it 3 other projects funded by National Institute Health. Objective: study objective was to understand the importance of strategies tailoring needs support Louisiana Nutrition Community Health (NCH) practitioners’ delivery rural HEAL PSE changes. Design: An explanatory sequential mixed method design used, including survey rank for changes follow-up interview. A review available (practice activities/resources) also conducted. Policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) approaches, including those enacted in early childhood education (ECE) settings, can improve child health outcomes. The use of implementation strategies, or the ways which these approaches are across may modify intervention impact. Therefore, purpose this review was to examine strategies used among interventions utilizing PSE ECE setting. Seven databases MEDLINE, PubMed, Web Science, EMBASE, were searched for settings children (0–6 years) that utilized ≥ 1 approach. Eligible studies included either a child-level outcome (i.e., weight, physical activity, diet) an nutrition activity environment). Data extracted study characteristics, description intervention, intervention. Implementation coded using School Strategies Translating ERIC Resources (SISTER) taxonomy. Downs Black checklist completed assess quality. One hundred four representing 97 identified. Fourteen (14%) did not report any strategies. Of remaining 83 reporting mean number employed per 3.8 (± 2.3) (range 1–11). However, few (5/83, 6%) clearly named defined Most came from "train educate stakeholders" SISTER domain (177/318, 56%), most frequently strategy "conduct educational meetings (50/83, 60%). classified as good (59/104, 57%) fair (40/104, 38%) In review, many appeared multiple support interventions, though explicitly documented described These findings suggest more precise documentation is needed enhance replication scalability interventions.
