Stem cell-based therapies are an emerging treatment modality aimed at replenishing lost cardiomyocytes and improving myocardial function after cardiac injury. This review examines the current state of research on injectable stem cell in setting cardiovascular disease given their relative simplicity ability for deep tissue penetration. Various methods delivery, ranging level invasiveness procedural complexity, have been developed, numerous types studied as potential sources cells, each with distinct advantages disadvantages. We discuss key challenges associated this approach, including low retention transplantation innovative biomolecular strategies that explored to address issue. Overall, investigations into application cells toward regeneration remain predominantly preclinical stage a number small, early-phase clinical trials. However, continued scientific advancements technology may provide transformative options patients heart failure, offering improved survival quality life.
