COVID-19 can affect multiple organ systems beyond the respiratory tract, including gastrointestinal where symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and even serious manifestations such as ulcers, perforation, or bleeding. We report a case of 45-year-old male patient with small bowel ulcers caused by chronic infection. Initially presenting fever transient unconsciousness, he developed ischemic necrosis required mid-thigh amputation. Despite treatment anti-infection therapy, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, continuous renal replacement experienced persistent pain Imaging colonoscopy confirmed partial obstruction inflammation. After methylprednisolone enteral nutrition, his improved. However, suffered perforation requiring emergency surgery later underwent successful stoma reversal. The was subsequently discharged improvement primary diagnosis "enterostomal status, intestinal ulcer, viral myocarditis, infection, post right lower extremity amputation". During past year follow-up, has not any recurrence rectal Although coronavirus pneumonia combined is rare, it requires high mortality rate. This highlighted severe complications induced infection effectiveness comprehensive management strategies.
