The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors including Antenatal care and coverage of pregnancy services have decreased compared to before the Covid-19 pandemic. Data Bandar Baru Health Center in 2021 K1 visits as many 303 people (60%) K4 were 221 (44%) with a visit target 90%. Methods: Using analytic observational approach cross sectional. research sample was 69 people, study conducted 7-24 January 2022, data analysis using univariate bivariate chi square statistical test. Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) is a major global public health threat that has impeded infrastructures in low- and middle-income countries. This systematic review examines the impact of COVID-19 on maternal service uptake perinatal outcomes Sub-Saharan Africa. We searched four databases August 2020 updated search 22 December 2023: PubMed/MEDLINE, CINAHL, Maternity Infant Care, EMBASE. Data extraction was performed using standardised Joana Briggs Institute data format for eligibility articles, any discrepancies were solved through discussion consensus. includes 36 studies met inclusion criteria. Antenatal care attendance institutional childbirth significantly decreased during pandemic, home births increased. Fear contracting virus, lack transport, shortage logistic supplies, personal protective equipment, lockdown policies, economic food security, stigmatisation sick persons, long waiting times hospital, system weakness barriers to accessing maternity care. The findings this showed significant decrease antenatal birth pandemic. Based our findings, we recommend stakeholders ensure availability essential medical supplies hospital.

Material & Methods:This observational study was conducted at Government Medical College, AkolaMaharashtra. 80 mothers admitted to the ward from October 2019 May 2021 were included after permission Institutional Ethics Committee, consent patients evaluated regarding pregnancy, its risk factors, complications. SPSS version 2.0 used for statistical analysis. Results: The majority of 68.8% age group 18-19 years, mean 17.75 ± 1.22 years. 26.2% booked, 73.8% had unbooked status. 58.8% preterm delivery (≤37 weeks), 41.2% term delivery. prevalence anemia (<10 gm %) 63.8%. 38.8% delivered through Lower Segment Caesarean Section (LSCS) vaginal performed 61.2%. 63.8% while 21.2% 13.7% developed induced hypertension (PIH) postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) respectively. 7.5% 6.2% antepartum (APH) intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) It observed status, delivery, anemia, PIH, IUGR, Low birth weight (LBW), NICU admission signicant factors Conclusion: pregnancies are associated adverse obstetric perinatal outcomes. Antenatal care (ANC) services have adapted situation. However, information about potential impact COVID-19 on pregnant women reduction exposure risk this population remains unclear. Thus, study aimed assess percentage ANC attendance factors affecting scheduled during first wave Thailand.This retrospective cross-sectional included who between 1 March 31 May 2020. An online survey was conducted among ever before A total 266 completed responses returned analysed. Introdução: o acompanhamento pré-natal é essencial para a identificação de possíveis riscos na gestação, estando relacionado à diminuição da morbimortalidade materno-fetal. Durante pandemia Covid-19, foram grandes os desafios efetividade deste serviço, sendo criadas então diversas estratégias aumento adesão assistência pré-parto, tendo telemedicina se destacado nesse cenário. Objetivo: Analisar as medidas adotadas manutenção em meio Covid-19. Métodos: Revisão integrativa literatura, realizado nas bases dados médicos PubMed, LILACS e Scielo julho 2022. Resultados: Foram selecionados 30 artigos com base nos critérios inclusão exclusão. Discussão: Com Covid-19 várias pré-parto tiveram que ser criadas, como plataformas comunicação online, aplicativos, formulação materiais serem postados assuntos propostos por pacientes pessoas comunidade. Porém, métodos digitais aconselhamento não únicos utilizados, teve-se também consultas presenciais mas número reduzido, quais eram utilizados todos equipamentos necessários um adequado distanciamento social. Conclusão: A representou período limitações adequações ao mantivesse adequada. Para isso, diversos países criaram dispositivos garantir esse acesso às gestantes, principal deles, telessaúde, qual, apesar suas restrições, trouxe benefícios do pré-natal.

The aim of this paper is to shed light on the experiences non-infected pregnant women in Serbia during COVID-19 pandemic and state emergency by applying a qualitative research method. present analysis examines four aspects being emergency: (a) women's health care; (b) preparation for childbirth arrival new family member; (c) working while pandemic; (d) atmosphere practices. results show that coronavirus affected both psychologically socially. following conditions had negative impact women: worrying about their own baby; significant reduction level quality health-care support; decrease 'external' parental support as result need socially isolate; difficulties managing professional obligations; (e) missing regular pre-pandemic activities; (f) total income changes employment pandemic.
