Context: Drug checking, defined as the use of instruments (e.g. spectrometers), test strips, and other technologies to provide information on drug composition for harm reduction purposes, has emerged a promising intervention reduce harms illicit drugs linked overdose deaths. While demonstrating potential, these interventions remain limited in reach amid questions how full population people who are at risk overdose, including those outside urban areas. In response limitations, Substance, checking project based Victoria, Canada, developed Distributed Model Checking concomitant training program. Program: The Training program eliminates need point-of-care spectrometry technicians, instead capacitating workers using software by project, infrared spectrometers, immunoassay strips. includes 5 hours group content that can be delivered virtually, 2 practice time per learner. Implementation: data collection took place between May 2022 March 2024 with learners from 6 locations across Vancouver Island, Canada. We offered 13 sessions, evaluation collected 54 learners. Evaluation: was evaluated Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels evaluation. highly acceptable learners, attributable intended changes knowledge skill related resulted competence deliver through project’s Model, facilitated expansion services geographically distant locations. Discussion: After completing 7-hour program, were able without on-site technicians. short duration its demonstrated success make this approach expanding services.

This study investigates the relationship between self-efficacy, job crafting, and innovative work behavior in Indonesian prospective police investigators. The research, conducted at National Police Education Training Institute, utilized a quantitative approach, gathering data from 448 participants via structured online questionnaire employing five-point Likert scale. analysis was using SmartPLS4. findings indicate that self-efficacy does not directly affect behavior. However, crafting serves as complete mediator this relationship, underscoring its essential role promoting innovation within organized professional environments. enhances current body of literature by applying Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory to law enforcement settings, highlighting intricate interplay among cognitive, behavioral, environmental elements. Incorporating crafting-focused training education is recommended improve adaptability innovation, thereby addressing operational challenges faced post-pandemic context. Future research should investigate these dynamics across various cultural organizational contexts further validate examine longitudinal changes throughout an officer's career.
