Within implementation science studies, contextual analysis is increasingly recognized as foundational to interventions' successful and sustainable implementation. However, inconsistencies between methodological approaches currently limit progress in studying context guidance standardize the use of those scant. Therefore, this study's objective was systematically review map current intervention studies. The results would help us both systematize process identify gaps evidence. We conducted an evidence gap (EGM) based on literature data via a stepwise approach. First, using empirically developed search string, we randomly sampled 20% all studies available from PubMed per year (2015-2020). Second, assessed included that analysis. Data extraction evaluation followed Basel Approach for CoNtextual ANAlysis (BANANA), color-coded rating scheme. Also BANANA Context Implementation Complex Interventions (CICI) framework-an framework pays ample attention context- created visual maps various analysis.Of 15, 286 identified study protocols, 3017 were screened inclusion. Of those, 110 warranted close examination, revealing 22% reported Only one explicitly applied most commonly collected surveys (n = 15) individual interviews 13). Ten mixed-methods analyses. Twenty-two meso-level setting factors, with socio-cultural aspects studied. Eighteen described information subsequent project phases (e.g., development/adaption, selecting strategies). Nine factors' influences and/or effectiveness outcomes. This describes provides novel evaluating mapping it. By synthesizing our findings graphically figures, provide initial base can incorporate new necessary. We strongly recommend further development conduct reporting These actions will increase quality consistency research.

Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based intervention for youth with posttraumatic stress disorder. An important component of TF-CBT the trauma narrative (TN), a phase in which are guided to process memories, thoughts, and feelings associated their traumatic experience(s). Previous work has shown that clinicians complete TNs only half clients, yet little known about what determines clinicians' use TNs. The insights literature-an interdisciplinary field studying judgment decision-making-offers theoretical empirical tools conceptualize drives complex human behaviors decisions. Drawing from literature, present study seeks understand clinician generate strategies target these determinants. Through semi-structured qualitative interviews, we sought perspectives trained working public mental health settings across city Philadelphia (N = 17) decisions clients. We analyzed data using coding approach informed by literature. used iterative structured hypothesis generation, aided guide, rapid validation uncover determinants TN use. then generated implementation targeted "Easy Attractive Social Timely" framework, design approach. validated three broad themes TNs: decision complexity, affective experience, agency norms. hypothesized underlie designed list nine corresponding may facilitate implementation. Although there is increasing investment to implement evidence-based practices (EBPs) in public systems across the USA, continued or sustained use of EBPs after initial implementation remains a challenge. The low integration routine practice severely limits their health impact, highlighting need understand factors that affect return on costly investments EBP implementation. This study aims (1) characterize trajectories delivery volume through reimbursement-driven and (2) examine impacts system-level policy regulatory activity state-level mental services funding reimbursement strategy. This involved secondary data analyses. Psychotherapy administrative claims site visit from Los Angeles County Department Mental Health California state expenditures were extracted 2010 2017. Multilevel regression examined over time with compliance as predictors.EBP demonstrated rapid increase, followed by period decrease, small increase final year. State increased reflecting availability. system inversely related volume. The impact strategy sensitive multiple outer-context determinants. At level, commitment fidelity regulations resulted reduced strategy. Alternative streams not tied coupled an expanded array reimbursable also impacted EBPs.
