Purpose The study aims to examine the potential benefits of integrating nature-based solutions (NbS) in housing sector. Design/methodology/approach approach adopted was a systematic literature review aided by Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews criteria and VOSviewer software. Abductive reasoning used analyze collected data, which then subjected content analysis through an iterative read-and-review procedure. Findings identified green walls, indoor greenery, porous pavement landscaping, rainwater harvesting water purification roofs as elements buildings where NbS should be incorporated. Although research on integrated greenery facades roof applications noted, purification-oriented remained dominant. These findings demonstrate advantages implementing sector, including energy efficiency, environmental development, flood prevention sustainable management. Integrating into designs can considerably contribute creation more resilient, eco-friendly comfortable living environments. However, adoption faces hurdles, lack awareness, limited policy support economic constraints. Practical implications This recommends that mainstreamed development knowledge exchange opportunities between sub-Saharan Africa Europe, well other regions, promote collaborations. Abstract How people in long-term recovery (clinical and personal) first-episode psychosis (schizophrenia bipolar spectrum disorders) experience the mental health welfare services they interact with is not frequently studied but has significant implications. We therefore aimed to explore which aspects of these FEP evaluate as important for their recovery. Twenty participants clinical and/or personal from two Norwegian follow-up studies after (TOP 10-year TIPS 20-year) were sampled this interview-based qualitative study. The research-team included service user experience. A deductive analysis based on accounts generated five aspects. Few specific types interventions reported promote although medications, psychotherapy employment support mentioned. Participants valued collaboration that focused resources rather than limitations. importance a consistent aim was highlighted, inclusion caregivers peers. Welfare contributed by supporting basic needs safety, some experienced social exclusion when participating labor market. BACKGROUND Evidence of implementation processes for interventions to address frequent potentially avoidable presentations the emergency department (ED) are scarce in rural and regional settings. Patient Watch (PW), a telehealth case management program modelled on metropolitan service, was implemented context support ED users with presentations. OBJECTIVE We aimed understand spread, scale-up sustainability PW inform potential transferability other contexts. METHODS used multiple methods approach collecting synthesising data obtained from qualitative interviews (n=10), document review, observation. The were categorised into themes using thematic analysis source triangulation applied. RESULTS Three constructed data: (1) health system complexity; (2) drives adaptation innovation; (3) autonomy. Pre-existing factors including financial resources, workforce constraints, infrastructure challenges influenced organisational capacity scale PW. Continuous adaption response essential tailoring Self-organisation, or local autonomy, facilitated variations across contexts, contrast, restrictive governance impeded ability respond challenges.
