The inflammatory response crucial pathogenic factor for BPD. combination prognostic nutritional index (PNI) systemic inflammation (SIRI) comprehensive indicator can reflect balance between immune status host response. This study aimed to explore predictive ability SIRI PNI moderate-to-severe (msBPD) in research involved infants born before 32 weeks gestational age (GA). division patients resulted two groups: control group no or mild msBPD group.
