We aimed to synthesize the qualitative evidence on impacts of COVID-19-related restricted family presence policies from perspective patients, families, and healthcare professionals neonatal (NICU), pediatric (PICU), or adult ICUs. searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Databases Reviews Clinical Trials, CINAHL, Scopus, PsycINFO, Web Science. Two researchers independently reviewed titles/abstracts full-text articles for inclusion. However, the longer-term trajectory, including mechanisms support, is less well-known. To address this knowledge gap, we aimed to explore post-hospital recovery trajectory patients hospitalised with a critical care COVID-19 admission. Abstract Purpose The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing pediatric nurses' job stress, including their level fatigue and partnerships with parents patients. Design Methods Participants were recruited from pediatric, intensive care, neonatal care units across seven general hospitals. Eligibility requires a minimum 6 months experience in nursing. sample size determined using G*power program, considering various variables, age, marital status, presence children, work‐related characteristics, leading final 135, adjusted for 10% dropout rate. Data collection conducted through self‐report questionnaires, analysis involved frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t ‐tests, ANOVA, stepwise multiple regression, SPSS Statistics 27.0. Results confirmed significant correlation between higher levels associated increased Stepwise regression showed that age predictors stress among nurses, explaining 23% variance.
