We present a case of 68-year-old male with past history renal cell carcinoma and radical nephrectomy, who developed traumatic retroperitoneal neuroma at the site his prior surgery thirteen years later which initially was thought to be cancer recurrence. review patient's medical history, clinical presentation, disease course. Finally, we provide brief peripheral nerve lesions discuss current approaches their management.
