Abstract Neuroinflammation has been introduced as a main player in the development of neurodegenerative disorders. Recent studies showed promising anti-inflammatory role for conditioned medium (CM) nervous system. However, order to improve effects CM this study, we investigated effect and photobiomodulation (PBM) on neuroinflammation cognitive disorders caused by it. model was induced lipopolysaccharide (LPS) injection male Wistar rats. Morris water maze (MWM), Passive Avoidance (PA), probe tests were performed assess memory learning function. Levels malondialdehyde (MDA), thiol, superoxide dismutase (SOD) well acetylcholinesterase (AchE) enzyme activity interleukin-6 (IL-6) measured hippocampus tissue stress oxidative inflammation status, respectively. LPS aggrevated status. Employment PBM led significant increase time traveled distance MWM test, duration remaining dark space PA presence test. treatment also improved LPS-induced markers status attenuated IL-6 level AchE activity. Our results propose potential PBM, alone or combination with CM, impairment. The therapeutic capacity application should be further neuroinflammation-induced major
