The review explored topical vaccination themes in literature to describe the barriers and drivers of effective COVID-19 Ghana. We searched Scopus, Medline, Cinahl, Google Scholar, covering papers published exclusively Ghana between December 2019 January 2023. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) continues to ravage world economies, and with its recent mutations, countries worldwide are finding ways of ramping up their vaccination programmes. This cross-sectional design study, therefore, examined the predictors COVID-19 stress acceptance among adolescents in Ghana. Abstract Background Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine coverage remains low in Libya compared to other countries the Eastern Mediterranean Region. This study aimed evaluate willingness of general public receive COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccines. Additionally, investigate potential effect combining two vaccines reduce rejection. Methods An anonymous nationwide online cross-sectional survey was carried out from 1st September 16th October 2022. Libyans aged 18 years or older were recruited using convenience snowball sampling approaches. The participants surveyed for sociodemographic information, health status, vaccination attitude towards Results A total 2484 formed final sample: 68.7% females, 39.4% 18–25 years, 50.4% single, 32.5% had previous infection, 47.2% experienced death among relatives. Three-fourths respondents showed rejection: 57.3% did not vaccination, 10.1% would complete primary series, 7.8% refused booster doses. About 55.0% rejected while 1.9% reported uptake 21.2% willing get first time. 18.8% already received last year intended this season, 3.3% unwilling despite receiving it season.
