Design/methodology/approach With 217 usable responses, model was tested partial least squares-based structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). Findings reveal that only perceived enjoyment, arousal sensory experience derive continuous intention behavior consume vride service. fsQCA revealed multiple causal configurations for proposed outcome. Originality/value This contributes extending assumption via explore potential motives services. Our also discusses important theoretical/practical implications our findings.
