Purpose Prior studies have put much emphasis on using the uses and gratification (U&G) theory to find out why people use games, social media, Internet, e-shopping, etc. Despite past research efforts, root causes underlying this phenomenon still need be discovered as interactive virtual rides (vrides) entertainment services, especially when incorporating hedonic consumption perspective (i.e. playful-consumption experiences). Considering knowledge gap in vrides’ context, study aims UGT vrides service from a point of view. Design/methodology/approach With 217 usable responses, model was tested partial least squares-based structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). Findings reveal that only perceived enjoyment, arousal sensory experience derive continuous intention behavior consume vride service. fsQCA revealed multiple causal configurations for proposed outcome. Originality/value This contributes extending assumption via explore potential motives services. Our also discusses important theoretical/practical implications our findings. In West Bengal, India, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are vital in driving economic growth poverty reduction through job creation, particularly the handicraft sector, which fuels tourism industry. This study uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to assess impact of business environment, entrepreneurial orientation, innovation ability on success handicraft-based MSMEs Bengal. A total 100 Bengal were selected as sample for this research. According results CFA, it was determined that customer’s indicator had most significant shaping environment variables. Risk-taking is primary factor significantly influences formation orientation characteristic. Marketing potent determinant developing capabilities. The MSME operators actively collaborate with suppliers, seeking market prospects promoting new goods untapped areas. However, there a need enhance technological sustained success.
