In recent years, as anthropogenic activities the alkalinity of water bodies has intensified, which seriously affected development aquaculture. Cross breeding can inherit good traits parents and develop stronger resistance to stress. Therefore, we investigated advantages hybrid population (TH) Litopenaeus vannamei over normal variety (TC) in terms survival rate, morphological changes gill tissue, ion transport, energy metabolism. After culture same environment, two species shrimp were subjected acute exposure levels 50 mg/L, 200 350 mg/L for 24 hours, samples taken at 0, 4, 8, 12, h, respectively. The study showed that under stress, TH group had a higher greater hemolymph urea nitrogen content, better tissue integrity compared TC group. also exhibited increased key enzymes such Na + /K ATPase Ca 2+ /Mg ATPase, along with elevated nitrogen, arginase. Additionally, expression genes, including NKA (Na -ATPase), CA (carbonic anhydrase), HSPs (heat shock proteins) was upregulated group, suggests these genes may play crucial role improving tolerance high-alkalinity environments. Our results demonstrated concentration alkaline metabolism ability stress than population. This provide theoretical reference varieties L. .

The oriental river prawn Macrobrachium nipponense is of great economic importance in China. However, its culture the saline–alkaline regions limited. This study used D-loop region sequences to analyze genetic diversity and population structure across A total 264 individuals were successfully sequenced from nine sites, including Daqing Heilongjiang Province (HLJ), Songyuan Jilin (JL), Ulanhot east inner Mongolia (NMG), Jingtai Gansu (GS), Dongying Shandong (SD), Dongtai Jiangsu (JS), Nanchang Jiangxi province (JX), Tianjin mainland China (TJ), Yinchuan Ningxia (NX). In addition, 89 haplotypes defined. haplotype (h) nucleotide π showed remarkable JS, NX, JL, TJ sites. It was found that variation within sites relatively greater. distance (D) pairwise differentiation index (FST) revealed SD GS are closely related. FST values among significant except for one between HLJ (p-value > 0.05). cluster analyses phylogenetic tree identified two main groups. There an association by geographic location, JS site shows higher diversity. results this provide basic information protection development M. resources
