The article is devoted to the study of innovative biotechnologies for processing organic animal waste produce environmentally friendly fertilisers. Three main approaches are considered: aerobic fermentation, use mobile biocomplexes and anaerobic digestion. Aerobic fermentation composting manure dung with carbon-containing additives. Mobile allow be processed on-site using mixtures manure, crop residues. Anaerobic technology involves digestion in hermetically sealed plants biogas liquid fertiliser. Experiments conducted under laboratory pilot conditions have produced results demonstrating effectiveness each method. has been shown simple effective, but requires more time space. provide faster require sophisticated equipment. digestion, although complex, produces valuable fertiliser, most promising option.

This paper presents a study on integrated and waste-free processing of various invertebrate species such as molluscs crabs. The main focus is the use proteolytic enzyme preparation ‘Krusenzyme’, isolated from crab liver, for raw materials. showed that Crusenzyme was effective in removing skin cephalopods, softening muscle tissue deproteinising shell enzymatic treatment improved texture products, increased yield finished products reduced energy consumption compared to traditional methods. possibility obtaining feed additives mollusk wastes rich proteins, calcium microelements also studied. It shown inclusion flour soft tissues flaps diet farm animals contributes increase weight gain improvement productivity indicators. developed technology allows obtain wide range valuable including chitin, chitosan, fat, carotenoids protein hydrolysates, contributing environmentally safe production rational hydrobiont resources.

The presented work is devoted to the study of influence natural biostimulants on productivity cattle grown for meat. aim was determine effectiveness biotechnological methods increase growth rate animals and improve quality meat raw material. In course experiment, control experimental groups differing in feeding ration were formed. group received a standard diet supplemented with biostimulants. results showed that use leads an average daily live weight gain by 18%, as well reduction fattening period 20 days. addition, improvement indicators such colour, pH, fat protein content. obtained data indicate promising efficiency animal husbandry production high beef.
