Abstract Objectives Insomnia and anxiety are prevalent disorders that often co-occur in individuals, making it important to study these disorders. Therefore, our aim was investigate the predictive role of psychological flexibility components insomnia severity among university students. Methods For this study, a descriptive-correlational design employed, sample Iranian students selected complete questionnaires. Ultimately, data analysis conducted for 393 using statistical methods such as Pearson correlation multiple regression analysis. Results The results showed there is relationship between total score severity, (except experiential avoidance) anxiety. Additionally, indicated models based on prediction significant. Conclusion Based research results, can be said anxiety, sleep quality, severity. strength greater defusion than other ACT components. This an point should considered by therapists treatment insomnia, quality improvement.

Summary The Coronavirus 2019 (COVID‐19) pandemic significantly influenced physical and mental health worldwide. present study aimed to investigate changes in sleep problems across three waves of the COVID‐19 pandemic, identify potential predictors inter‐individual variability around these changes, with a particular focus on role detrimental hygiene practices. A total 352 participants completed an online survey self‐report questionnaires at different pandemic: T1 (Spring 2020); T2 (Autumn‐Winter T3 2021). collected information socio‐demographic COVID‐19‐related variables, psychological distress (i.e. Depression Anxiety Stress Scale‐21), Sleep Hygiene Index) Medical Outcomes Study—Sleep Scale). Objective To evaluate the long-term gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms and sleep quality sequelae in adolescents with COVID-19. Methods Between June July 2023, an online survey was done Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, using GI Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory (PSQI). This affected adolescent students, especially with online schooling. study aims to explore adolescents' sleep patterns, hygiene, physical activity, and their subjective perception of quality health during the pandemic. Psychosomatic Problems Among Adolescents During/Post the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Systematic Review DOI

Introduction: This systematic review aimed at exploring the impact of coronavirus pandemic on adolescents’ psychosomatic problems and whether differentially impacted different genders. Method: An extensive search eight electronic databases for studies published/conducted between 2014-2018 pre-pandemic prevalence among adolescents (11-17 years) published conducted 2019-2023 during/post-pandemic resulted in final selection 38 studies. included 25 studies, six during/after pandemic, seven that reported pre-post-pandemic comparison. The was following PRISMA guidelines. ROBINS-E tool used assessing risk bias while JBI Critical Appraisal Tools were to assess study quality. Results: Findings showed sleep headaches dominated adolescent pre-pandemic. Sleep continued be most common problem post-pandemic, followed by stomach ache feeling low, dizziness, irritability, appetite loss, tension, difficulty concentrating. In general, females more symptoms, though limited research explored gender differences. Only one found improved health postpandemic, so boys than girls. Psychological complaints increased postpandemic; however, results mixed about somatic musculoskeletal after pandemic. Some no change post-pandemic symptoms. Conclusion: Gender-specific, tailored training programs are crucial enhancing resilience coping mitigate health.
