The mental health of medical students is a key factor for academic performance and the delivery high-quality care in future. Globally, face numerous challenges that can affect their education. Background: Sleep disturbances and mental health disorders represent a significant public concern. Medical students, in particular, experience intense academic pressure, long study hours, irregular schedules, the emotional burden of clinical training, all which may contribute to development sleep issues. This aims assess quality prevalence symptoms depression, anxiety, stress among medical as well their interrelationships. Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered several challenges on the front of mental health. Undergraduate medical students face considerable stress in their academic routines. Thus, there is a need to explore implications for health undergraduate during pandemic. Objective: To review global literature about anxiety and depressive disorders Method: We developed an integrative occurrence symptoms included manuscripts that used PHQ-9 and/or GAD-7 questionnaires. excluded systematic reviews, narrative meta-analyses, qualitative analytical studies. assessed results depression severity using quantitative studies applying questionnaire or depression.
