(LMS)
have
become
widely
recognized
tools
for
university
learning
worldwide
and
identifying
the
factors
affecting
students'
academic
performance
has
always
been
a
major
focus
in
both
academia
practice.
This
study
aims
to
develop
research
model
based
on
Delone
McLean
Information
System
Success
Model
investigate
effects
of
quality
measures
perceived
usefulness,
satisfaction,
actual
usage,
performance.
Data
collected
from
118
business
school
students
at
two
universities
United
Arab
Emirates
(UAE)
were
analyzed
using
PLS-SEM
approach
validate
model.
The
data
analysis
revealed
that
eight
combined
positive
significant
effect
use.
In
turn,
each
factor—perceived
use—has
impact
Further,
we
find
following
(perceived

mediate
relationship
between

this

technology

distance
education.
This
study
explores
integration
into
university
English
teaching,
focusing
on
enhancing
real-time
interaction,
personalization,
and
student
engagement.
Despite
significant
advancements,
specific
gaps
remain
optimizing
these
aspects
within
remote
settings.
Through
mixed-methods
approach,
combining
structured
questionnaires
with
semi-structured
interviews,
this
research
identifies
key
themes
patterns
that
highlight
strengths
areas
for
improvement.
The
findings
reveal
while
significantly
improves
teaching
quality
participation,
challenges
such
network
instability
bandwidth
limitations
persist.
proposes
comprehensive
assessment
framework
integrating
quantitative
qualitative
data
to
evaluate
effectiveness
instruction.
