In
the
present
study,
methanolic
extracts
from
rapeseed
meal,
an
oil
industry
by-product,
were
treated
with
alkaline
hydrolysis,
acid
and
lyophilization
to
enhance
their
antioxidant
features.
Antioxidant
activity
(AA)

meal
was

using
three
modified
spectrophotometric
methods:
