Due significance in delivery, this review aims highlight various methods MIP, composition for both controlled stimuli‐responsive delivery systems, release mechanism drugs. In should have sustained performance well flexibility surface modification targeted via range stimuli‐responses, including external stimuli (magnetic, light) internal (pH, temperature, redox, biological). The properties can improve drug's therapeutic efficacy breakthrough tumor targeting application.
