The scientific literature on residential segregation in large metropolitan areas highlights various explanatory factors, including economic, social, political, landscape, and cultural elements related to both migrant local populations. This paper contrasts the impact of these factors individually, such as immigrant rate neighborhood segregation. To achieve this, a machine learning analysis was conducted sample neighborhoods main Spanish (Madrid Barcelona), using database created from combination official statistical sources textual sources, Wikipedia. These texts were transformed into indexes Natural Language Processing (NLP) other artificial intelligence algorithms capable interpreting images converting them indexes. results indicate that influencing concentration differ significantly, with crucial roles played by urban population size, geographic origin. While land prices showed relationship concentration, their effect mediated overcrowding, social support networks, landscape degradation. novel application AI big data, particularly through ChatGPT Google Street View, has enhanced model predictability, contributing segregated spaces.
