Introduction: The co-circulation of COVID-19 and seasonal influenza highlighted the importance promoting vaccination. However, vaccination rate among Chinese population is low requires further promotion. This study examined multi-dimensional factors, such as knowledge influenza, health perceptions, cues to action, patient–provider relationships, pandemic-related in relation uptake vaccine (SIV) population. Methods: A cross-sectional, self-administered online survey using a quota sampling method was conducted adults 18 years older between June August 2022. Multivariate logistic regression performed explore factors associated with 2021 SIV behavior. Results: total 3161 individuals from different regions China were included this study. multivariate demonstrated that perceived severity barriers taking SIV, stable relationship providers, worry about contracting immunization settings, non-pharmaceutical interventions (NPIs), awareness protecting against significantly uptake. Conclusions: may influence Health promotion programs should incorporate including personal environmental related during period.
