Objective: to describe the main structural and functional impairments, activity limitations, social participation restrictions in elderly individuals with myoarticular dysfunctions using International Classification of Functioning, Disability, Health (ICF). Methods: a descriptive, cross-sectional, retrospective study based on analysis clinical data osteomyoarticular dysfunctions. A questionnaire including components Functionality Disability (ICF, 2004), mobility stability (Timed Up Go), lower limb muscle strength (Sit-To-Stand Test), pain (visual analog scale) was used. Results: total 11 (70±1.4 years) at least two comorbidities (100%) were included, majority reporting episodes falls (54.5%). Pain primary complaint "Body functions," reported by all participants. In structures," limbs (45.4%) upper (18.1%) had highest prevalence complaints. "Activities Participation," most frequently mentioned items performing housework tasks (31.8%), moving around recreation leisure (27.3%). Conclusion: among ICF components, sensation common finding individuals, especially affecting limbs. Regarding limitations restrictions, tasks, around, recreation/leisure prevalent.
