Data were analyzed chi-square or Fisher's exact test for categorical variables t -test continuous compare without PIMs. In addition, Pearson correlation performed total number prescriptions Multivariable logistic regression analysis used explore Statistical significance set at p < 0.05. Results Our included 306 diseases, 156 (50.98%) group 150 (49.02%) non-PIMs group. There a considerable positive ( r = 0.76; 0.0001). The adjusted revealed significantly higher risk individuals comorbid neurological compared those [adjusted odds ratio (AOR) 2.48, 95% CI [1.15–5.32]]. contrast, not greater hypertension {AOR 1.67, [(0.79–3.54)]}, diabetes mellitus 1.25, [(0.66–2.34)]}, pulmonary disease 2.34, [(0.69–7.96)]}. Conclusion highlighted elevated adults setting, particularly diseases. Therefore, clinical pharmacists may play crucial role improving outcomes illnesses.
