Abstract Organizational agility is the ability of an organization to swiftly and efficiently respond changes in organization’s environment. However, literature demonstrates interchangeability agility, flexibility, adaptability, versatility. Therefore, confusion conceptual overlap persist. As a result, this study aimed provide further clarity about organizational by synthesizing A systematic review 40 articles published business management-related journals between 1991 2022 ABI/INFORMS, Since Direct, Emerald databases are employed. Findings from thematic analysis content using Leximancer text mining show that versatility, flexibility closely connected with their focus on coping change distinct due its emphasis ability, capability, changeability, as well how it conceptualizes these attributes. This contributes developing theory practice disentangling related concepts. Specifically, scientific communication referring same phenomena agility. In the rapidly evolving digital environment, organizations face increasing pressure to adapt technological advancements while ensuring long-term sustainability. This study was motivated by critical need understand how human resource (HR) leadership can effectively foster skills development drive economic sustainable development. Recognizing that competencies are now essential for organizational resilience and competitiveness, this research explores interplay between HR leadership, acquisition, employed SERVQUAL tool assess gaps employee expectations perceptions across key demographic variables, including age, education level, employment status. Data collected from 476 participants several European Union countries underscore significant influence of factors on these perceptions. The findings reveal a high alignment perceptions, reflecting importance in bridging gap.
