In
the
rapidly
evolving
digital
environment,
organizations
face
increasing
pressure
to
adapt
technological
advancements

long-term
sustainability.
This
study
was
motivated
by
critical
need
understand
how
human
resource
(HR)
leadership
can
effectively
foster
skills
development
drive
economic
sustainable
development.
Recognizing
that
competencies
are
now
essential
for
organizational
resilience
and
competitiveness,
this
research
explores
interplay
between
HR
leadership,
acquisition,
employed
SERVQUAL
tool
assess
gaps
employee
expectations
perceptions
across
key
demographic
variables,
including
age,
education
level,
employment
status.
Data
collected
from
476
participants
several
European
Union
countries
underscore
significant
influence
of
factors
on
these
perceptions.
The
findings
reveal
a
high
alignment
perceptions,
reflecting
importance
in
bridging
gap.

integrating

Abstract
Organizational
