As digital transformation accelerates across industries, understanding its role in shaping sustainable employee behavior is essential, particularly mission-driven sectors like healthcare. This study investigates how digitization influences economic among healthcare professionals, emphasizing the mediating of well-being and moderating influence learning orientation. Rooted Job Demands–Resources (JD–R) model, adopts a quantitative approach with data collected from 503 employees, including physicians, nurses, administrative staff, hospitals Istanbul Ankara, Turkey. Structural equation modeling moderated mediation analysis reveal that significantly enhances well-being, which subsequently fosters behavior. Additionally, orientation strengthens both direct relationship between sustainability, as well indirect effect through well-being. These findings advance sustainability literature by integrating psychological organizational dynamics offer actionable insights for leaders. Specifically, highlights importance aligning initiatives human-centered values to drive resilience, improve achieve long-term outcomes organizations.
