Accelerating the genetic selection to obtain animals more resilient climate changes, and with a lower environmental impact, would greatly benefit by substantial shortening of generation interval. Artificial insemination (AI) offers several advantages over natural mating, including improved genetic selection disease control. This study contributes to understanding the impact of different mating methods semen preservation techniques on traits in Palestinian Assaf under local breeding conditions. The research included 123 adult ewes from two farms, which were hormonally synchronized divided into three groups biotechnologies. Group 1 (G1) comprised 50 inseminated with frozen straws, while 2 (G2) had 37 fresh genetically superior rams. Both G1 G2 used 0.5 mL straws containing 250 million sperm, occurring 48 h post sponge removal eCG hormone injection. 3 (G3) consisted 36 that underwent at ratio ram 6 ewes. revealed significantly affected fertility rates (45.4, 61.1, 71.9% G1, G2, G3, respectively; p < 0.05). notably enhanced indicators (p 0.05), although it did not influence prolific lambing > Prolific impacted birth weight, weaning average daily gain 60 days across all but or final weight 180 management system weights Lamb sex influenced gains days, as well findings suggest that, artificial elite rams may reduce rates, improves rates.
