The aim of this research is to address the issues low precision in variable spraying within existing farmland application system, whereby nozzles cannot be controlled independently and pesticide utilisation observed. A system based on PTO protocol has been designed. comprises an STM32 microcontroller as control core, including host computer, multi-channel controller, electronic switch, electromagnetic spray nozzle. master unit receives amount set by user calculates duty cycle corresponding nozzle, which then sent multiplex controller real time through CAN communication. adjusts on-off frequency each nozzle according it receives, thus enabling independently. This study offers theoretical technical support for independent optimisation systems protocols.
