Background Sentiments and opinions regarding COVID-19 the vaccination on Indonesian-language Twitter are scarcely reported in one comprehensive study, thus were aimed at our study. We also analyzed fake news facts, engagement to understand people’s perceptions beliefs that determine public health literacy. Methods collected 3,489,367 tweets data from January 2020 August 2021. factual using string comparison method. Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is the leading cause of death worldwide and rising, annually. Improved health outcomes require early treatment self-monitoring, which need literacy. This study examined how literacy affects CHD patients’ Quality Life (QoL) at Hospital’s Cardiology Clinic. quantitative, descriptive correlation was cross-sectional. The sample 164 respondents, sampled consecutively. Patients must be willing to participate, diagnosed with CHD, attend cardiology outpatient follow-up appointments. Health measured HLS-EU-SQ10 QoL Seattle Angina Questionnaire. used chi-square analyze relationship between two ordinal scale variables in a contingency table. average age 58.07 years, according research. Of 59 (36.0%) had graduated high school. assessed three domains: physical limitation (P=0.024), angina frequency (P=0.570), (P=0.338).
