Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is the leading cause of death worldwide and rising, annually. Improved health outcomes require early treatment self-monitoring, which need literacy. This study examined how literacy affects CHD patients’ Quality Life (QoL) at Hospital’s Cardiology Clinic. quantitative, descriptive correlation was cross-sectional. The sample 164 respondents, sampled consecutively. Patients must be willing to participate, diagnosed with CHD, attend cardiology outpatient follow-up appointments. Health measured HLS-EU-SQ10 QoL Seattle Angina Questionnaire. used chi-square analyze relationship between two ordinal scale variables in a contingency table. average age 58.07 years, according research. Of 59 (36.0%) had graduated high school. assessed three domains: physical limitation (P=0.024), angina frequency (P=0.570), (P=0.338). Service agencies should able use pamphlets improve provide rehabilitation acute coronary syndrome patients QoL.
