Background: Low Back Pain (LBP) is a significant health condition globally suffered by the middle and older aged population due to its impact on work disability, absenteeism costs. Physiotherapy with active rest therapeutic intervention, including mobilization, manipulation, exercise therapy electrotherapy, choice of treatment as conservative management, whereas surgery required in case advanced neurological involvement. Specific level-induced spinal mobilization has greater correcting faulty biomechanics column if considered at an early stage, generalized physiotherapy without also effective for managing mechanical pain. Objective: To determine effects or chronic low back Method: Experimental research design simple random sampling was used this study find out Progressive along hospital management patients Bangladesh 20-55 years peoples pre posttest basis. Results: The showed that effectively reduces pain disability patients, more than patients. Comparison within-group between-group results P<0.05. comorbidities were about 40% diabetic, 33% deformity 6.67% other surgical conditions which influence LBP. experimental group reduced 64% control 24% Conclusion Recommendations: LBP both groups are significantly individually. RCT can proceed further evaluation.
