Background:
The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
had
a
global
impact,
affecting
millions
of
people
and
causing
various
symptoms,
leading
to
social
distancing,
quarantine
measures.
This
impacted
the
economy,
employment,
education,
resulting
in
widespread
school
business
closures.
Entrepreneurs
have
face
difficult
decision
whether
continue
or
pause
their
operations
during
pandemic,
which
could
result
mental
health
problems
such
as
fear,
anxiety,
stress.
The
primary
objective
this
research
is
identify
issues
faced
by
entrepreneurs
including
countries
origin,
conclusions,
lessons
learned.
Methods:
A
systematic
review
was
conducted
SCOPUS
database,
providing
93
initial
results
that
were
later
filtered,
18
final
records.
These
records
allowed
for
identification
scientific
evidence
detailing
pandemic.
Results:
We
found
presented
challenges
entrepreneurs,
increased
stress
burnout.
However,
some
coped
seeking
support,
using
digital
technology,
adopting
innovative
models.
Entrepreneurship
can
positively
impact
well-being
allowing
individuals
pursue
meaningful
work
aligned
with
values.
Effective
communication
customers
essential
maintaining
businesses
building
loyalty.
