Background
Sleep
disturbance
is
a
common
issue
among
rotating
night
shift
workers
and
closely
related
to
health
risks.

present
study

the
effectiveness

pharmacological
non-pharmacological
sleep
interventions
for

workers.

systematic
review
meta-analysis,

searched

electronic
databases—EMBASE,
CINAHL,
Cochrane
Library,
PubMed,
Scopus,

Science—for
randomized
controlled
trials
