INTRODUCTION: With the deepening of application big data technology, power sector attaches great importance to outage judgment. However, many factors affect judgment result outage, and analysis process is very complicated, which can not achieve corresponding accuracy. OBJECTIVES: Aiming at problem that it impossible accurately judge in judging failure, a deep mining model proposed. METHODS: Firstly, research set established using technology ensure results meet requirements. Then, failure are classified theory, different methods selected. Using accuracy verified. RESULTS: The improve shorten time under data, overall better than statistical method failure. CONCLUSION: based on proposed fault time.
