The growing trend of cesarean section (SC) operations has drawn international attention. Understanding the risks and benefits SC surgery will enable health workers to provide right advice facilitate patients their families in preparation for care following SC. program's collaboration partner is Salimah Banyumas Regency. goal community, particularly expectant mothers mothers, understand what can cannot be done before after delivery, as well excluded or prohibited. program method uses live on-air interactive discussion lectures at PRO 1 RRI Purwokerto with participants, namely radio listeners area, main target being pregnant women. activities are carried out on Thursday, March 2, 2023. Providing education via according a predetermined schedule stages first session opening by host introduction speakers, second material presentation, third question answer listeners, which closed conclusion host. this activity increased knowledge general public among those who listen Pro terms women's related deliveries myths facts about childbirth. As seen from variety questions asked, show enthusiasm asking questions. It recommended that programs through sustainable.

Abstract Background: One of the most important public health concerns is marked rise in number caesarean sections (CS). The World Health Organization advises against CS rates that are more than 10% and lower 5% since both these ranges have potential to negatively impact expectant mothers newborns. Objective: study aimed investigate influencing factors for selective among pregnant determine association CSamong with selected socio-economic characteristics Rajshahi Division, Bangladesh. Methodology: It was a cross-sectional conducted. In this study, data were collected July 2024. A semi structured questionnaire used collecting data, total 393 delivery participated descriptive analysis, chi-square test, binary logistic regression model utilized present study. Results: The prevalence educated normal vigilant (NVD) 59% 41%, respectively, Naogaon district delivered their child by cesarian section compared other districts women ≥30 years old (AOR = 74.934; 95% CI: 12.831-437.613) likely preferred younger women, statistically significant (p<0.01). subjects 83.469; 2.554–2727.394) counterparts, (p<0.05). Conclusions: revealed large deliveryespecially higher mostly. main reasons choosing take advantage certain socioeconomic demographic variables, ensure safety infants. The aim this study was to analyse the relationship between midwife-led model birth. Methods This systematic review meta-analysis searched PubMed, Scopus Web Science. Quantitative full-text open access research articles published 2010 2023 in Indonesian or English were included. that assessed planning excluded. Latar Belakang: WHO menetapkan standar sectio caesarea dengan rata-rata sekitar 10-15%. Proporsi persalinan SC di Jawa Timur sebesar 22,4% pada tahun 2018, sedangkan nasional 17,6%. Beban pembiayaan JKN semakin meningkat dan masuk ke dalam 10 besar kasus CBGs terbanyak secara nasional. Sebagai upaya kendali mutu biaya, BPJS Kesehatan berkoordinasi Tim Kendali Mutu Biaya (TKMKB) hasil diterbitkan pedoman instrument asesmen diri seksio cesarea (SC) 2020. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi gambaran sebelum selama implementasi Instrumen Asesmen Mandiri pasien Jaminan Nasional wilayah Timur. Metode: Penelitian analitik desain cross sectional data sekunder klaim 2018-2021. Analisis univariat statistik deskriptif menjabarkan proporsi distribusi frekuensi dari masing-masing variabel penelitian. Kemudian dilanjutkan analisis bivariat uji Chi-Square mengetahui kemaknaan hubungan confident interval/CI 95% tingkat p<0,05; multivariat multiple logistic regression. Hasil: Dari 837.809 subjek didapatkan yaitu 247.508 (29,5%) total biaya Rp 1,3 trilyun periode 272.545 (32,5%) 1,4 SC. Hasil menunjukkan tertinggi usia 20-35 (49%); jenis kepesertaan PBI (24,5%); kelas 3 (37,0%); Severity Level I (52,4%); tindakan tidak spesifik (32,2%), RS tipe C (33,5%). Indikasi adalah riwayat sebelumnya (17,18%). signifikan seluruh terhadap ditunjukkan nilai p<0,05. Assesmen memiliki kemungkinan 1,093 kali lebih kejadian FKRTL Kesimpulan: Persalinan Sectio Caesarea Pasien berhubungan faktor individu serta pelayanan meliputi SC, rawat, keparahan, RS. Implementasi belum optimal menurunkan rate Kata Kunci : caesarea, Kesehatan, Nasional, Mutu, Biaya, Klasifikasi Robson.
