To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ion introduction therapy in treatment patients with acute exacerbation idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (AE-IPF). This study adopts a prospective cohort design, 60 AE-IPF as research subjects. Divided into an exposed group non group, 30 cases each based on frequency TCM exposure factor. Follow-up for 1 year to observe patient. The main indicator is annual incidence exacerbation, secondary indicators are hospitalization time, readmission rate, time first mortality all-cause inflammatory indicators, quality life, etc. 51 completed one-year clinical observation, including 27 24 group. Compared significant differences were observed [incidence rate ratios (IRR) = 0.556, 95% CI: 0.315, 0.980; P 0.035] (P 0.040), (IRR 0.533, 0.288, 0.988; 0.037), 0.045), life < 0.05). However, there was no statistically difference between two groups > can reduce IPF patients. Hospitalization improved, but did not improve.
