Efforts to address anthropogenic climate change have been focused sensibly on mitigation and adaptation. However, given the difficulties in implementation of a rapid global process, increasing attention is being geoengineering as way countervail some impacts. This development has increased private investment research last few years, leading patent filing. The article examines recent evolution patents emerging field technologies. Despite secrecy surrounding geoengineering, especially solar radiation management at state level, databases provide transparency, offering technical details, market insights, information about key players. Abstract Kelp forests are known to be very productive ecosystems and constitute a central component of the marine carbon cycle in coastal areas.
