Introduction
Immigrants
across
the
globe
face
significant
healthcare
access
barriers.
Beyond
fundamental
right
to
health,
well-being
of
immigrant
populations
directly
impacts
overall
health
host
country.
Despite
presence
over
200,000
Filipino
immigrants
in
Spain,
existing
literature
on
their
and
remains
limited.
Methods
A
face-to-face,
interview-based,
qualitative
study
consisting
8
individual
interviews

women

man)

focus
groups:

were
carried
out.
Participants
recruited
through
convenience
snowball
sampling.
Data
was
analyzed
thematically.
Results
Barriers
encountered
by
divided
into
3
subthemes:
socio-cultural
(health-seeking
behavior,
diet,
endures
suffering),
socio-economic
(family
dynamics,
working
conditions,
education),
services
related
(negative
experiences).
community
organizations
faith
helped
manage
stress.
Conclusion
To
improve
access,
literacy
integration
must
be
promoted.
Before
coming
equipped
with
cultural
linguistic
knowledge
mitigate
work
stress
facilitate
assimilation.
Structural
changes
promoted
both
countries
such
as
streamlining
immigration
processes
reduce
economic
burden
ensuring
a
healthy
workplace
for
immigrants.

The
focus
of
this
study
is
to
understand
the
impact
internal
migration
(rural-to-urban)
on
mental
health
female
garment
workers
in
Bangladesh
with
reference
psychological
trauma
rural-to-urban
migration.
In
detail,
thirteen
migrant
aged
between
18
and
50
who
moved
within
past
five
years
for
job
purposes
industry
were
interviewed
using
a
qualitative
phenomenological
approach.
Based
study,
we
find
that
work-related
anxiety,
working
too
long,
bad
conditions,
social
isolation
separation
from
family
lead
emotional
stresses.
On
other
hand,
it
also
underscores
fact
can
offer
economic
opportunities,
financial
independence
empowerment
which
may
increase
self-esteem
give
sense
achievement.
Our
findings
indicate
migration's
effect
dual,
positive
negative,
depending
individual
experience.
It
highlights
urgency
develop
targeted
interventions
improve
dimensions
services
group,
bring
about
workplace
improvements,
create
supportive
systems
migrants
be
supported
overcome
their
challenges.
There
still
more
do
future
research
evaluate
effectiveness
intended
wellbeing
as
well
longitudinal
effects
health.
