Abstract Pouch-related fistulae, such as pouch-anal and pouch-vaginal are serious complications that impact ⁓5% of patients undergoing ileoanal pouch surgery, frequently leading to failure. Research on treatment options is limited by small studies with inconsistent outcome reporting. To address this, the Pouch Anal Vaginal Fistula Core Outcome Set (PAVFCOS) was developed, identifying seven key outcomes through stakeholder consensus. This study aims create a core measurement set (PAVFCOMS) standardize how measured in fistula treatment, line Consensus-based Standards for Selection Health Measurement Instruments (COSMIN) guidelines. Inguinal lymph node dissection plays an important role in the management of melanoma, penile and vulval cancer. is associated with various intraoperative postoperative complications significant heterogeneity classification reporting. This lack standardization challenges efforts to study report inguinal outcomes. The aim this was devise a system standardize reporting perioperative by creating worldwide collaborative, adverse events lymphadenectomy area (CALI) group.

Bone stress injuries, commonly referred to as reactions and fractures, represent overuse injuries bone. These result in physical limitations activity can be career-ending for high-level athletes. While bone have received increased attention recent years, international consensus is lacking on definitions, risk factors strategies management prevention. This study aimed ascertain improve the level of agreement by utilising a three-part modified Delphi approach (1) pathophysiology, diagnosis, terminology classification systems; (2) factors, screening prevention; (3) return sport. A multidisciplinary steering committee initiated process. panel 41 members from six continents was formed complete three rounds voting, including experts (scientists clinicians) representatives (athletes coaches). Thirty-three, 28 completed 1, 2 3, respectively. Consensus reached out 58 statements. Findings this outline multifactorial identify manage promote health includes recommendations diagnostic workup treatment assist clinicians caring patients with injuries. Finally, process identifies knowledge gaps provides framework future research advance clinical care prevention

This study aimed to establish consensus on injury risk factors in netball via a combined systematic review and Delphi method approach. A search of databases (PubMed, Scopus, MEDLINE, SPORTDiscus CINAHL) was conducted from inception until June 2023. Twenty-four were extracted 17 studies with three-round approach achieve consensus. In round one, experts listed perceived for which the identified review. two three, rated their level agreement each factor 5-point Likert scale (1, strongly disagree 5, agree). Consensus defined as ≥80% (with<10% disagreement). also priority mitigating very low high). Nineteen participated one two, 16 three (response rate 84%). One-hundred nine by combined. Sixty-one reached consensus, categorised into five groups: ‘individual characteristics’ (n=22), ‘lifestyle’ (n=11), ‘training competition’ (n=14), ‘sport science medical provision’ (n=6) ‘facilities equipment’ (n=8). ‘Poor landing technique/mechanics’ had median (IQR) mitigation rating 5 (1), while all others ratings 3–4.5. identifies range injury, provides focus areas prevention highlights importance multidisciplinary netball.
