We
decided
to
compare
the
incidence
and
spectrum
of
pelvic
fractures
in
2020
affected
by
anti-pandemic
measures
due
COVID-19
with
previous
years
2018
2019.This
retrospective
study
included
391
patients
treated
at
author's
clinic
for
fractures.
From
medical
records
we
recorded
gender,
age,
mechanism
injury,
trauma
energy,
fracture
type
based
on
AO
classification
severity
injury.As
expected,
observed
no
difference

caused
simple
falls.
However,

prove
a
reduction

injuries.
