Background: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has spread rapidly and turned into a worldwide pandemic posed serious threat to public health.The criterion of success is vaccinate the population at very high rate on time.Aim: This study was carried out determine COVID-19 vaccine acceptance effect perception attitude toward vaccination in Türkiye. Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional designs were used study.The sample consisted 1651 individuals.The sociodemographic form, The Scale Attitudes Vaccine, Perception as data collection form.The number percentage distributions, means, standard deviation, Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney U-tests analyze data.Results: In study, 62% participants wanted be vaccinated for COVID-19.It been found that there significant relationship between by age, gender, education level, profession, place residence.There positive correlation mean scores Vaccination.In line with this result, increased about individuals their attitudes vaccination. Conclusion:More than half our considered being COVID-19, but those who neutral substantially high.It suggested training programs vulnerable groups can planned determining which segment society perceives better refusal.
