Анотація. Визначено, що підвищення рівня життя населення є важливим соціальним критерієм, тому уряди всіх країн постійно намагаються підвищити цей рівень, використовуючи відповідні ресурси. Підтверджуючи особливу актуальність цієї теми, дослідження і практичний досвід показали, одним із таких ресурсів бюджетні видатки, зокрема на освіту та науково-дослідні дослідно-конструкторські роботи (НДДКР). Обґрунтовано, ефективність управління цими видатками напрямом державної фінансової політики. Основною метою визначення впливу цих видатків бюджету зростання доходів оцінка ефективності фінансовими ресурсами. Методологічною основою було використання системного підходу, кореляційно-регресійного моделювання аналізу панельних даних, де за допомогою відповідних статистичних тестів, а також зарубіжного вітчизняного наукового доробку учених визначено значущість доходи населення. Для проєктування оцінки моделей використовувалися програмні засоби Stata. У дослідженні проаналізовано витрати НДДКР між окремими країнами ЄС Україною протягом 2010—2019 років застосуванням науково обґрунтованої методології, розробленої методики взаємозв’язку фінансових освіти, розрахунком коефіцієнтів. Визначено щільність ресурсами динаміку доходів. За отриманими результатами виявлено, найбільш динамічно зростають в Німеччині Франції з відповідною синхронізацією НДДКР. зроблено висновок, найефективніше бюджетними здійснюють Німеччини Франції. Практична цінність цього полягає теоретичному висновку щодо здатності використовувати аналізованих для забезпечення добробуту громадян інших ЄС. Україні проблематично забезпечити синхронізацію відповідним формуванням умов суттєвого теперішніх обсягів бюджетних ресурсів. Ключові слова: уряди, населення, фактори, фінансові ресурси, добробут. Research background: The research examines the impact of emotional intelligence and ethics on knowledge sharing within organizations. A questionnaire survey was considered most appropriate technique to conduct research. study based 1162 responses, collected from three countries (the Czech Republic, Hungary Slovakia). Abstract Purpose Universities are constantly searching for best practices to promote sustainability when it comes educating students of the English language. Although this area study has recently gained attention scholars around world there is still a need explore from various perspectives. Objective This aims comprehensively investigate impact digital immersive technology on education language students, specifically focusing its potential critical thinking and self-directed learning achieving in through teamwork. The research will assess influence experiences enhancing outcomes, examining their role fostering skills encouraging practices. Additionally, explores collaborative aspects technology, evaluating contribution teamwork among students. Methodology objective was achieved by using survey questionnaire collect data 304 registered universities Beijing. Data analysis conducted applying Mplus 7.0 software.
