Abstract This article advocates for the expansion of research into topic well-being in language education. It begins by outlining key definitional concerns and then moves to outline general issues gaps current body such as a need diversification social contexts, working conditions, languages, cultures, well clarification domain specificity construct. Background During the COVID-19 pandemic, which enforced social distancing and isolation, teachers were required to handle multiple challenges related their work, including dealing with remote teaching, in addition personal, medical financial challenges. The goal of current research was examine factors that contributed professional burnout commitment work among during first second waves pandemic. Methods A total 344 elementary school Israel completed online self-report questionnaires, assessments stressors, anxiety, resilience, self-efficacy beliefs, coping strategies. Structured Equation Modeling [SEM] used contribution these commitment. Results gaps between needed received support had a direct effect on teachers’ commitment, an indirect through anxiety beliefs. Introduction Online formats provide promising and low-threshold options for mental health coaching. However, research on online interventions compared to traditional face-to-face remains scarce. In the present study, established prevention tool “ Teacher Group-coaching Program ” (TGP) was applied in both original setting as well online. TGP focuses promoting teachers by strengthening relational skills using Balint group technique. This technique roots back a psychoanalytic approach explore emotional aspects of (stress inducing) professional relationships. The current study aimed at comparing satisfaction with effectiveness between settings. This study explores the personal experiences of Filipino teachers who worked in United States during pandemic, shedding light on their challenges, coping strategies, and valuable insights. The focus is six primary school from Carlsbad, a quaint city Eddy County, New Mexico. Using phenomenological approach, research aims to capture heartfelt stories these educators, were thoughtfully chosen represent colleagues across various grade levels within same district.
