The COVID-19 pandemic has influenced many fields, such as communication, commerce, and education, pushed business entities to adopt innovative technologies continue their operations. Students need do the same, so it is essential understand acceptance of these make them more usable for students. This paper employs Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology 2 (UTAUT2) identify factors that students’ use different online communication services primary tool learning during pandemic. Six UTAUT2 were used measure video at Business College University Applied Sciences. Two hundred students completed our survey. results demonstrated social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, habit affect behavioral intention positively, while performance expectancy effort have no effect on intention.

Digital transformation has had extensive impacts on enterprises and increased the concern that employees will be replaced by digital technologies. Achieving sustainability at human resource level is a problem for enterprises. In this case, improving academic qualifications regarded most Chinese as an approach to their competitive advantages. Based panel data of China’s listed from 2014 2020, twice fixed effects (TWFE) continuous difference-in-differences (DID) methods are used study impact enterprises’ employees’ educational structure (EES). The results show significantly positive EES. The pandemic's unique situation has sparked interest for investigation, particularly in understanding ICT user behavior using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) model. This article presents a systematic literature review (SLR) aiming to identify UTAUT model applications during pandemic, explore contexts methods used, assess global involvement, understand factors influencing adoption. Following Reporting standards Systematic Evidence Syntheses (ROSES) protocol, 70 articles were comprehensively analyzed out 801 obtained from Scopus, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar. revealed 249 researchers 44 countries conducting empirical studies on adoption with pandemic. Dominant education, healthcare, mobile technology. Notably, confirmed performance expectancy emerged as main factor intention, supported by 48 (68.57%). Additionally, facilitating conditions' effects 37 (52.86%), while effort social influence each 35 (50%). findings underscore importance technology crises, urging attention governments, policymakers, managers, academics. Individuals demonstrated strong motivation utilize work facilitation, regardless resource availability, knowledge, comfort, or newly adopted systems technologies Furthermore, affected pandemic could adopt successful researchers' home foster future crises.
