The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed healthcare staff to mental distress. Given the importance of applying effective strategies cope with stress caused by COVID-19, this study aimed assess stress-coping Iranian providers. Background: Frontline health care workers (HCWs) are at increased risk of developing unfavourable mental outcomes and burnout, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: In this facility-based cross-sectional study, HCWs teaching hospitals affiliated Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore were assessed regarding their status using a semi-structured questionnaire.
