This article examines how societal norms, cultural values, and strains shape body care practices within Poland’s cisgender nonheterosexual community. Using Esther Rothblum’s biculturality theory as a foundation, the study explores influence of class, homophobia, Catholic-influenced gender norms on daily routines, hygiene, adornment, identity expression. It investigates these reflect trends, navigate heteronormative expectations, intersect with socio-economic gendered pressures, particularly for working-class LGBTQ+ women. Introduction: Observing parents’ body-focused behaviours during middle childhood is one of the initial ways in which children model their perceptions pro-health attitudes and connection to physical attractiveness. This study aimed investigate relationship between parents' health behaviours, appearance, adult body types (skinny, medium, obese) by five-year-old children. Moreover, role gender above for both parents was also examined. Materials methods: participants were 680 families with (330 girls). Participation limited moth-er-father-child triad. The Beauty Health Scale, Healthy Behaviour Inventory, Inventory Physical Activity Objectives, a composition analyser used measure fat percentage. Results: Assessment pictures male silhouettes girls revealed perception that men who exercise do not lose weight but maintain healthy, attractive appearance. However, they believed women should actively achieve an figure. Interestingly, more likely be perceived as overweight, despite engaging activity. Conclusions: underscores importance integrating education activity interventions into family-oriented disease prevention programmes at cultivating positive well parents.
