Covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM) AMOS version 27 were used test hypotheses. Findings results revealed a positive correlation well-being. Moreover, showed that behaviour serially mediated Practical implications findings provide for companies policymakers refine their intervention programmes boost young millennials' perspectives reinforcing clarity which turn fosters contributing boosting overall resilience. Students high IHLC tend develop healthier higher LS. Powerful also exert effects collectivist cultural backgrounds. Thus, should give full play role psychological physical education courses improving students' IHLC. Meanwhile, guiding effect be stressed. A sample 729 German employees participated three-wave study across 6 weeks May June 2020. Longitudinal structural equation modeling uncovered direct positive effects changes second time lag (T2 T3), while did not mediate effect. Multigroup comparisons revealed that who worked from home were particularly responsive leadership. No moderating found for pandemic employees. The discussion highlights critical motivation wellbeing crisis work.
