Context Women and girls form a substantial proportion of the population internally displaced people (IDP) in Nigeria, these vulnerable populations are at risk sexual reproductive health (SRH) rights violations greater unsafe abortion high maternal deaths. IDP women’s living conditions often precarious, exposing them to risks, challenges faced due lack finance other related factors access care services leading improvising which is considered dangerous their health. Using well-structured interview guide an in-depth interview, 14 respondents were purposively selected study. The interviewed provide insight into utilizing analysis using Nvivo version 11. Results revealed specific family planning methods, free antenatal facilities camp need toilets. Although self-injectable subcutaneous depot medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA-SC) has demonstrated promise, there are significant barriers in promoting initiation and continued use low-resource settings. This study sought to understand the perspectives of stakeholders on promotion contraception rural South Sudan. The was conducted Aweil East County, Sudan, using a descriptive phenomenological approach. We 22 in-depth interviews 4 focus group discussions with key stakeholders. data interpretation guided by social behavior change self-care framework. showed that users valued privacy self-injecting at home, helping them overcome sociocultural geographical barriers. However, they faced challenges such as stigma, side effects, family interference. findings further expanding entry points for within community involving health workers (CHW) providers potential reach wider audience, including first-time marginalized groups. Annually, approximately 74 million women worldwide face unintended pregnancies, which are particularly prevalent in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), notably Africa. Effective contraception is crucial for mitigating the substantial risks to maternal child health posed by pregnancies. Long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs) play a pivotal role addressing these facilitating pregnancy spacing reducing mortality rates. However, challenges persist their global adoption, regions such as Uganda, where inadequate male partner support contributes low usage rates, thereby exacerbating associated risks. The objective of this study was examine how women's use LARCs affects relationship stability fears infidelity among rural Ugandan men Nyamweru subcounty, Rubanda District, develop strategies increasing LARC use. This qualitative focused on understanding perspectives indigenous Bakiga Rubanda, regarding LARCs. Fifteen participants were purposefully selected from areas characterized usage, high fertility elevated mortality.
